Green Chutney Recipe; Green chutney or hari chutney is a quick and easy chutney which needs no cooking. A fabulous dip with parathas, biriyani, and pulav. When I have leftovers I spread green chutney on sandwich and my kids even love to dip samosa in it.
Green chutney is a healthy chutney made with mint and coriander leaves. Just put everything in the blender and give it a nice blend, so easy! So yum! Just look at the lovely green color of the chutney all natural!
Green chutney is a versatile dip and is used in chaats and other Indian delicacies.
Method:
Gather all the ingredients and put it in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.
Serve with samosa

INGREDIENTS
- Coriander leaves: 1 cup, chopped
- Mint Leaves: 1/2 cup
- Green Chilli: 2
- Garlic: 3 cloves (optional)
- Ginger: 1/2 inch
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds: 1/2 tsp
- Oil: 1 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tsp
- Lemon: Juice of half a lemon or 2-3 tbsp curd.
- Onion: 1/2
METHOD:
- All all the ingredients into a blender and blend it to a smooth puree.
NOTES
- Always add mint leaves half of the coriander leaves you have taken
- Serves best with biriyani, paratha, and pulav.
