Peanut butter chocolate smoothie, healthy breakfast smoothie recipe, its vegan and dairy free and is a filling breakfast meal for those busy people. The healthy fats in this smoothie will help to keep you feel fuller for a longer time and thus helps in weight loss and weight management.


Ingredients:

1 cup water

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

5 cashew nuts (soaked )

1 soft medjool dates

1 banana, the more the riper, the more sweeter.

1 tsp raw cacao nibs
