Refund policy

At Nisa Homey, every product is freshly handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. As we work with perishable, made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order is confirmed. There is no refund for the products.

We kindly request you to double-check your shipping address and order details before confirming, to ensure a smooth experience.

However, if any of the following issues occur, we’re happy to work with you to find a fair and amicable solution.

1. Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing nisahomeybakes@gmail.com.
Kindly include:

Order number

Image of invoice

1 image of the outer box

2 clear images of the damaged item

Unboxing video

In the case of multiple-item shipments, only the affected item(s) will be eligible for replacement.

We will arrange a replacement to be dispatched within 7–10 working days. You’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours, and full support will be provided.

2. Missing Product
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at nisahomeybakes@gmail.com, with the following:

Order number

Image of invoice

1 image of the outer box

2 images showing the opened box and contents

Unboxing video clearly displaying all items received

We will re-send the missing item at the earliest. Please note that refunds will not be issued for missing items.

3. Spoiled Product
If you believe a product is spoiled, notify us within 2 days of delivery via nisahomeybakes@gmail.com, including:

Order number

Date of packaging/manufacture (as printed on the label)

Clear images or video of the affected product

Please note:
Variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are natural and expected in handcrafted, small-batch products made with real, preservative-free ingredients. These do not qualify as spoilage or defects.

We will assess and offer a fair resolution based on the situation.

Thank you for supporting a small-batch micro bakery. Your understanding means the world to us.
