Shipping policy

Free shipping is applicable only when explicitly stated as part of promotional campaigns or special offers.

Please ensure your shipping address includes a complete postal address with PIN code, email ID, and contact number. Orders with incomplete or incorrect details may be delayed or undelivered.

If all ordered items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
For items that are made to order or temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take up to 10 working days.

Our products will be delivered within 4–7 days from the date of dispatch.

Deliveries are carried out by our courier partners Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 7 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, strikes, or logistical delays.
