Cooking Instructions: Bring water to a boil, add salt as needed. Add the gluten free pasta to the boiling water, stir well. Reduce the flame to medium, keep an eye on it as it may spill over. Cook the pasta for 7-8 mins or until al dente. Once the pasta is cooked, pour it onto a strainer. Use them with your favourite pasta sauce or top it over salads or simply create recipes with them and share with us.
You can reserve some of the cooked water to make sauce.
