Raw natural cacao powder — non-alkalised for pure, unprocessed flavour and nutrients. Ethically sourced from the Western Ghats of Kerala. Vegan, gluten free, soy-free, and chemical-free; perfect for baking, sauces, smoothies, hot chocolate, desserts, and everyday beverages.
Our Cacao powder is non-alkalized and hence colour may be lighter than commercial cocoa powder. Raw Cacao Powder may not mix homogenously and dissolve completely in liquid. Non-alkalised cacao retains its natural antioxidants, minerals, and authentic chocolate flavour, unlike alkalised cocoa, which is processed with chemicals to neutralise acidity and alter taste. When added to hot boiling milk, it may curdle and hence add to hot or warm milk of your choice.
Storage Instructions: Once opened transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry, and hygienic place away from strong odours. Keep under 22°C. Best before 6 months from packaging date.
