Beef Samosas (Kerala Style)

Beef Samosas or Kerala Style Beef Samosas always reminds me of Christmas Holidays, my grandmother (ammachi) used to make this for us. We used to munch on this during the evenings reading comics....those were good old 80s. For me, Christmas is not only about baked goodies ; cakes and cookies .....it is also about beef cutlets, samosas , beef ularthiyathu , pineapple wine , squashes , diamond cuts ....cousins, family bonding.... I made these samosas with whole wheat flour....and it can be made easily if you have the filling ready....I used beef; you can also use chicken or mutton. You will love these samosas with all the spices.....so very Kerala Style....crunchy and crispy and juicy and spicy inside...YUM! Ingredients: For the beef filling. Beef: 250 gm, cooked with salt and minced. Onion: 1 large, chopped. Green Chilly: 1 or 2 Ginger: 1/2 inch, grated or chopped finely. Tomato: 1, chopped. Turmeric Powder: 1/4 tsp. Kashmiri Chilly Powder: 1/2 tsp. Garam Masal
