How To Freeze Pineapple

How to freeze pineapple, preserving pineapple. I am a big fan of pineapple and I always like some preserved or frozen ones for making cakes or puddings. It is always a good idea to store seasonal fruits for later use. Frozen pineapple can be used to make pineapple smoothies. Preserving pineapple by stewing them is also a good way to store pineapple. For freezing, I like to chop the pineapples into small pieces rather than making into rounds or large piece as it is easy to blend small pieces in the blender for making smoothies. If you plan to make pineapple upside down cake   then you should freeze some round ones. I am sure, you will wonder what to do with pineapple peels; well, how about making pineapple wine with pineapple peel, sounds yum right? When you put the pieces in Ziploc bags; make sure you release all the trapped air before sealing. Aloo Paratha Recipe , How to Make Aloo Paratha

Aloo paratha recipe with video tutorial- Aloo paratha is a filling and healthy Punjabi meal, cooked and mashed aloo (potatoes) are seasoned and filled inside a paratha (Indian flatbread). It is easy to make and perfect for lunchbox; the best thing about aloo paratha is that you do not need any side dish, just plain curd or mano pickle would be perfect. In the video; I have also shown how to make the aloo paratha without oil or ghee; though Punjabi's are known to drizzle ghee or butter lavishly on their parathas. When I make aloo paratha for dinner, what I do is I make them in the afternoon - I half cook them on the tawa and wrap in a cloth, once it is time to serve I reheat again with a bit of ghee or butter for kids and without them for Homey. This way, I save a lot of quality time with Homey and kids. This recipe has no onion or garlic; but you can add a bit of onion or ginger...or sprinkle some chaat masala. When you cook the paratha keep the tawa hot and regulate

Naan Recipe Without Yeast, How To Make Naan On Stove Top

Naan without yeast recipe: Naan can be made without oven, naan on stove top is a boon to those who do not have an oven especially for bachelors and students. Butter naan can be made on stove top, just the way I make tandoori roti on stove top; and very easy too. The best thing about no-yeast naan is they remain soft even while still warm; so when I plan butter naan and paneer matar curry for dinner (mostly on weekends) I make naan in the afternoon and place it on my casserole covered with a clean kitchen towel....and it stays soft till I serve and I only reheat paneer matar. Naan is mixed with flour and water (you can also use milk instead of water) and a bit of  baking soda and baking power does the trick. Once you knead it into a soft pliable dough allow it to rest for a couple of hours. Ofcourse it does not "double up" like a yeasted dough but it does puff up a bit. I hope you will try this easy naan, which you can make on the stove top. Step by step recipes:
