  Jowar chilla is a healthy instant breakfast, it is rich in protein, fibre and a healthy gluten free meal in your weight loss diet. Lauki or bottle gourd helps to get some added fibre and the high fibre will help to keep you satiated for a longer time.   Healthy chia seed pudding recipe is a quick and easy breakfast recipe. How to make vegan chia pudding, with homemade almond milk and without added sugar. Super filling and protein rich breakfast, ideal to use in a healthy weight loss diet. I prefer to make homemade plant based milk at home as it is easy and I am sure that there are no added additives, preservatives or even any stabilizers in the milk. It's just a matter of personal choice however, if you prefer you can use your trusted plant milk. Also, if you do not have any issues with dairy milk; feel free to use dairy milk instead.
