no refined sugar?? where does the sweetness comes from? its bananas! the trick is to freeze banana once it is ripened and that gives more sweetness, try it!!
if you feel you need more sweetness; then my choice would be dates!
raw cacao nibs! how much I love thee! if you bite into raw cacao nibs, you sure wont like the bitter taste (the more bitter the more healthier, haven't you heard?); but when you add it in smoothies and shakes, it gives a nice chocolate flavoured crunch and I love it!!

banana: 1 (frozen)
pineapple chunks: 1 cup (frozen)
1 cup water
chia seeds: 1 tbsp
flax seeds: 1 tbsp
turmeric tea milk: 1/3 tsp (check above for recipe link)
raw cocoa powder: 1 1/2 tbsp
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbs raw cacao nibs
the pineapple will give extra dietary fiber, bananas will give you sweetness and also keep your energy levels high.
flax seeds and chia seeds will give you extra omega 3 and antioxidants
turmeric tea mix will help with weight loss
cinnamon will target your belly fat
